Luja Raymond

Raymond H.C. Luja, PhD, is a Professor of Comparative Tax Law and Vice Dean at the Faculty of Law at Maastricht University. He is also a member of the EU Tax Law Group at Loyens & Loeff N.V., Amsterdam, where he is a fi scal state aid specialist.
